Your Ultra AI booking includes all your buffet meals and, depending on the number of nights, you can access our themed restaurants.  It includes:

-Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel buffet restaurant with unlimited self-service drinks (water, wine, beer and soft drinks) and snacks in the hotel buffet (*Snacks are offered in the buffet until 30 minutes before the opening of the lunch service and until 1 hour before the dinner service).

-THEMED RESTAURANTS*: For stays of 4 nights includes 1 shift in a themed restaurant of your choice (subject to availability, restaurant openings and upon prior reservation), for stays of 5 and 6 nights includes 1 shift in 2 themed restaurants of your choice (subject to availability, restaurant openings and upon prior reservation), for stays of 7 nights or more includes 1 shift in 4 themed restaurants of your choice (subject to availability, restaurant openings and upon prior reservation).

-Mini Bar Daily Replacement
In addition, the replacement of soft drinks and beers is daily so that you do not lack anything. Cava will not be replenished. On the day of departure drinks will not be replenished. In order to reduce waste generation, only cans left in the waste bin will be replaced.

-You will also have unlimited consumption of premium brand drinks at the hotel bars booked or visited, at the Magic Splash water park and at Aloha Beach Club, as well as at the Magic World Resort bars: Iirish Tavern, William's and Oporto (except Champagne, cava and reservations). Same menu as the hotel. Special discount for Magic World guests on other drinks).

Only champagne, cava and reserve drinks are excluded in the UAI. We have them, you can order it if you want a drink directly in the bar under charge.

Did you know that our hotel chain has more than a dozen accommodations? Book your visit to other hotels in Magic World  from the APP. (except Hotel Thalasso 5*):

-For stays of 1 to 3 nights, it includes 1 visit (depending on availability) in one of the hotels (repeat or other hotels subject to availability)

-For stays of 4 to 7 nights, 2 visits are included (depending on availability)

-For stays of 8 nights or more, 3 visits are included (depending on availability)

The visiting hours will be either from 11:00 to 17:00 with food service and daytime entertainment, or from 17:00 to 00:00 with dinner service and nighttime show and are not allowed on the day of departure. Visits are subject to the opening calendar of the hotels.

-Daily access to the Magic Splash Adventure water park (expected opening date 05/31. In case of delay it will be compensated with unlimited access to the Polynesia Water Park).

-MAGIC PLAY ZONE: (subject to availability and upon reservation) Simulators not included for non-premium guests.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights: includes 1 access. 

For stays of 4 to 5 nights: includes 2 accesses. 

For stays of 6 nights or more: includes 3 accesses 

MEGA MAGIC ESCAPADE! For stays of 4 nights or more, guests can enjoy a package of access to Magic experiences, subject to the opening calendar and availability:

• 2 accesses per person per stay to the Polynesia Water Park (according to the opening calendar, approximately from June to September).

• 1 access per person per stay to the Enchanted Garden (without show, with Colorete meet & greet).

• 1 access per person per stay to Magic Dino Land* (if Magic Dino Land is not operational, 1 alternative access per person per stay will be offered to the Enchanted Garden with Colorete Meet & Greet).

• 1 session per person per stay at the Outdoor Thalasso (subject to opening calendar).

• 1 access per person per stay to The Mascots’ House.

In addition, stays of 7 nights or more will enjoy the following additional accesses:

• Up to 5 accesses per person per stay to Magic Dino Land*.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The experiences included in the Mega Magic Escapade are subject to the opening calendar of each facility, weather conditions, capacity limits and operational availability.

Outside the approximate period 20/06 – 06/09, some activities (such as the Enchanted Garden, The Mascots’ House, Outdoor Thalasso or Magic Dino Land) may operate only on certain days or weekends, according to the resort’s official calendar.

The opening of Magic Dino Land is estimated for the end of June and may be modified due to technical reasons or the installation of new attractions.
